The T7DS / T7DBS series are Parker Denison T7 fixed-displacement vane pumps (single or double) designed for industrial high-pressure hydraulic systems. These units are precision direct interchanges for original Denison T7 models including T7DBS E38 E15 1R10 A1M0 and T7DS B35 3R00 A1M0. Featuring advanced cartridge construction and hydraulically balanced vanes, they deliver high volumetric efficiency and low noise. Every pump undergoes 100% simulated duty-cycle testing to guarantee exact match of mounting flanges, shaft ends, port locations and performance curves.

Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure precise shaft alignment during installation to avoid excessive radial or axial loads. Maintain inlet pressure between 0 and 0.5 bar to prevent cavitation. Use anti-wear hydraulic oil (ISO VG 32–68 recommended); target system cleanliness of ISO 18/16/13 or better. Fully bleed air before initial start-up and monitor temperature and leakage during break-in. Cartridge kits can be replaced without removing the pump body. Periodically inspect shaft seals and bearings; never allow dry running.
