The 2520V / 2520VQ / 3520V / 3520VQ / 3525V / 3525VQ series are Eaton Vickers (now Danfoss) V / VQ Series fixed-displacement double vane pumps available in industrial (V) and mobile (VQ) versions, designed for hydraulic systems requiring independent dual-circuit output. These units are precision direct interchanges for original Vickers double pumps including 2520V21A5-1CC-22-R. Featuring a balanced vane design and precision-machined cartridges, they deliver high volumetric efficiency and low noise. Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure precise shaft alignment during installation to avoid excessive radial or axial loads. Maintain inlet pressure between 0 and 0.35 bar to prevent cavitation. Use anti-wear hydraulic oil (ISO VG 32–68 recommended); target system cleanliness of ISO 18/16/13 or better. Fully bleed air before initial start-up and monitor temperature and leakage during break-in. Cartridge kits can be replaced without removing the pump body.
