Product Description
Product Overview
The CBN-F310-CFLP, CBN-E310, CBN-E304, CBN-F306, CBN-G308, and CBN-E312 are aluminum external gear pumps from the CBN series, one of the most widely used hydraulic power element platforms in the Chinese hydraulic industry.
The CBN series offers three pressure grades: E-grade (16 MPa) , F-grade (20 MPa) , and G-grade (25 MPa) , with displacements ranging from 4 to 25 mL/r. The CBN-G series reaches 25 MPa (up to 30 MPa peak), addressing the pressure limitations of earlier CBN-E/F series pumps.
Engineered with precision-ground gears, high-strength aluminum alloy housing, floating bushings, and DU bearings, the pump delivers compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, and reliable operation. Widely used in automotive, construction machinery, lifting & transport equipment, mining machinery, light industrial machinery, and agricultural machinery hydraulic systems.
Every unit is manufactured to original equipment specifications, ensuring 100% drop-in interchangeability with genuine CBN series pumps without any system modifications. Each pump undergoes rigorous 100% simulated duty-cycle testing to validate pressure-flow-efficiency performance curves.

Key Technical Advantages
1. Three Pressure Grades – Flexible Selection
The CBN series offers E (16 MPa), F (20 MPa), and G (25 MPa) three pressure grades. The CBN-G series reaches 25 MPa (up to 30 MPa peak), addressing the pressure limitations of earlier CBN-E/F series pumps. One platform for diverse application requirements.
2. Axial Clearance Compensation & Floating Bushings – High Volumetric Efficiency
Floating bushings with axial clearance automatic compensation automatically adjust gear end clearance under high pressure, significantly reducing internal leakage. Paired with DU bearings, bearing load capacity and wear resistance are significantly enhanced. Volumetric efficiency reaches 91% – 95%.
3. High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Housing – Lightweight Design
The high-strength aluminum alloy housing delivers lightweight construction with excellent heat dissipation. The CBN series is significantly lighter than cast iron equivalents—ideal for weight-sensitive mobile hydraulic equipment.
4. Broad Speed Range
Small displacement models (4–16 mL/r) support 2,000 – 3,000 r/min, while larger models (18–25 mL/r) support 1,500 – 2,000 r/min. Stable flow characteristics from low-speed precision control to high-speed continuous duty.
5. 100% Drop-In Interchangeability
Strictly complies with JB/T 7041 standards with identical mounting dimensions, flange interfaces, and shaft configurations to genuine CBN series pumps. Delivers 100% drop-in interchangeability with zero system modifications.
6. 100% Simulated Duty-Cycle Testing
Every pump is 100% tested on dedicated hydraulic test benches under simulated real-world operating conditions—validating pressure-flow characteristics and efficiency curves at rated pressure and full speed range—ensuring zero-defect, plug-and-play performance upon installation.

Automotive Industry: Vehicle-mounted auxiliary hydraulic systems
Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Fluid Cleanliness Control
Maintain system fluid cleanliness to ISO 4406 19/17/14 or better. Install a 10–25 μm absolute filtration filter upstream of the inlet port to prevent particle contamination from damaging precision gear pairs and DU bearings.
2. Inlet Line Requirements
Keep suction lines short and straight with adequate diameter—not less than the port size. Recommended suction line flow velocity: ≤1.5 m/s to prevent cavitation from excessive inlet resistance. Inlet pressure must be maintained between 0.8–2.0 bar (absolute) .
3. Coupling Alignment Precision
Ensure pump shaft-to-drive shaft coaxiality deviation ≤0.05 mm and angular deviation ≤0.5° during installation. Flexible couplings are strongly recommended. If the drive involves sprockets or V-belt pulleys, an independent outboard bearing MUST be installed to protect the pump shaft.
4. First-Start Priming Procedure
Before initial startup, prime the pump by bleeding air through the drain port or a loosened outlet fitting. Perform 2–3 jog starts with the outlet open (no load) until oil fills the pump cavity without air bubbles, then connect the load circuit for full operation.
5. Pressure Grade Matching
CBN series E/F/G pressure grades correspond to different operating pressures. Confirm that system working pressure matches the pump’s pressure rating—never exceed rated pressure.
6. Rotation Direction Confirmation
CBN series supports both right-hand (clockwise) and left-hand (counterclockwise) rotation configurations. Always verify that the drive motor/engine rotation matches the pump before installation.
