The 26007-LZK, 26008-LZA, 26008-RZD, 26009-RZH, 26010-RZB and 26011-RZC models are high-pressure low-noise external gear pumps fully interchangeable with the genuine Eaton/Danfoss (formerly Vickers) Series 26 (26000 Series). Featuring 13-tooth precision gears and optimized trap reliefs, these pumps deliver reduced flow ripple and quiet operation. The die-cast aluminum housing with fixed bushings provides high rigidity and long service life. Expert Maintenance Tips

• Ensure precise shaft alignment with a flexible coupling; avoid applying radial or axial loads directly to the shaft end.
• Keep suction line diameter at least equal to the pump inlet, minimize length and fittings, and maintain inlet vacuum no higher than 0.8 bar abs to prevent cavitation.
• On first start-up, set the system relief valve to the lowest setting, run at low speed under no load for several minutes to purge air, then gradually raise pressure.
• Use anti-wear hydraulic oil with minimum continuous viscosity of 5.7 cSt and maintain high fluid cleanliness; replace filters regularly.
• For field reversal, follow the procedure to swap drive and idler gears and reposition the plug; periodically inspect shaft seals and mounting bolts.
