1. Verify Rotation Direction

Fill the pump body with working oil through the filler port before starting the pump. When connecting the drain line, start from the highest drain port. Never start the pump dry—this will cause severe wear or seizure of pistons and slippers.
3. Drain Back Pressure and Suction Pressure Control
Drain allowable back pressure should be set below 0.03 MPa. Suction pressure should be set within -0.02 MPa. When a check valve is installed on the pump discharge side, use a check valve with 0.005 MPa cracking pressure.
