Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Verify Rotation Direction
Viewed from the shaft end, rotation is clockwise (right-hand rotation) . Always verify alignment with the drive motor’s rotation before installation. Reverse operation is strictly prohibited.
2. First Start-up and Priming
Fill the pump body with working oil through the filler port before starting the pump. When connecting the drain line, start from the highest drain port. Never start the pump dry—this will cause severe wear or seizure of pistons and slippers.
3. Drain Back Pressure and Suction Pressure Control
Drain allowable back pressure should be set below 0.03 MPa. Suction pressure should be set within -0.02 MPa. Use a check valve with 0.005 MPa cracking pressure.
4. Fluid Cleanliness Management
Piston pumps are extremely sensitive to fluid cleanliness. Install 10–20 μm line filters. Maintain fluid cleanliness to NAS Class 7 or higher. Standard models are designed for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids; for water-glycol fluids, select the dedicated -G suffix model.
