Although the TG Series offers side load capacity up to 3,600 lb, proper alignment of belt drives, sprockets, or couplings remains critical. Excessive misalignment causes uneven bearing loading and shortens bearing life. Never use hammers to install pulleys or sprockets – use appropriate press-fit tools.

3. Hydraulic Fluid Cleanliness & Viscosity Control

Recommended operating viscosity range for TG Series motors: 50 – 7500 SUS. High oil temperatures reduce viscosity and cause insufficient lubrication; low temperatures cause starting difficulties.
