Product Description
Product Overview
The F11-150 is a mid-large frame bent-axis fixed displacement axial piston motor/pump from Parker’s (originally VOAC Hydraulics) F11 series, featuring a displacement of 150 cm³/rev. Originating from the VOAC Volvo Hydraulics product line in Trollhättan, Sweden, the F11 series is an industry-recognized platform for high-reliability bent-axis motors. The F11-150 employs a 40° bent-axis design, spherical pistons with laminated piston rings and timing gear synchronization, enabling bidirectional operation in both open and closed circuits.
Every F11-150 unit undergoes 100% simulated operating-condition bench testing prior to shipment, covering pressure cycling, speed stepping and thermal shock. Mounting flange, shaft end and port dimensions are identical to the original Parker/Volvo F11-150, ensuring true drop-in interchangeability with zero modification required.

Key Technical Advantages
1. 40° Bent-Axis with Spherical Piston Design
The 40° bent-axis angle enables a compact, lightweight motor at equivalent displacement. Spherical pistons with laminated piston rings deliver low internal leakage and excellent thermal shock resistance, maintaining stable volumetric efficiency under rapid pressure cycling.
2. Timing Gear Synchronization and High Vibration Tolerance
The unique timing gear design synchronizes the drive shaft and cylinder barrel, making the F11-150 highly tolerant to high G-forces and torsional vibration—ideal for travel drives and drill head applications.
3. Heavy-Duty Roller Bearings
The output shaft is supported by two tapered roller bearings, permitting substantial external axial and radial shaft loads for extended bearing life and overall reliability.
4. High Starting Torque and Low-Speed Smoothness
F11 motors produce high torque at startup and low speeds, making them suitable for winch, swing drive and other high-torque-start applications. Low-speed operation is smooth without stick-slip.
5. 100% Simulated Load Testing & Drop-In Interchangeability
Each unit is bench-tested under simulated operating conditions prior to dispatch. Mounting flange, shaft end and port dimensions match the original Parker/Volvo F11-150 exactly, enabling direct replacement without any interface modification.
Application Areas
Construction: excavator swing drives, track travel drives, crane winches
Forestry: feller buncher saw head drives, forwarder travel motors
Marine: deck cranes, anchor winches, mooring winches
Mining & Drilling: drill head drives, crusher drives
Industrial: shredders, industrial conveyors
Agriculture: combine harvester hydraulic drive systems
Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Pre-Installation: Verify system oil cleanliness meets ISO 4406 18/16/13 or better. Do not connect the motor during flushing. Ensure coupling alignment deviation does not exceed 0.05 mm to prevent abnormal bearing wear.
2. Drain Port Management: The drain line must return to the reservoir independently—never share with other return lines. Drain back pressure must not exceed 2 bar. The drain line end must remain submerged. The housing must be filled with oil before first startup.
3. Gear Backlash Check: For F11-150 through F11-250, gear backlash should be maintained at 0.10–0.30 mm. Excessive backlash causes synchronization failure and abnormal noise; insufficient backlash leads to excessive wear.
4. Leakage Monitoring: Run the system at 150–200 bar until normal operating temperature is reached, then measure drain flow. Abnormally high drain flow indicates internal piston group or valve plate wear—immediate service is required.
5. Oil Temperature Control: Main circuit continuous operating temperature should be maintained below 80°C. High temperatures accelerate seal aging and oil oxidation; install temperature monitoring on the return line.
