Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Hydraulic Fluid Cleanliness Management
The XPi/XP series utilizes precision piston and cylinder bore interfaces that are sensitive to fluid contamination. It is recommended to install filters with ≤10μm filtration rating, maintaining fluid cleanliness to ISO 4406 Class 18/15 or better. ISO VG32 or ISO VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended.
2. Rotation Direction Confirmation and Inlet Fitting Installation
The XPi/XP series feature bidirectional rotation self-adaptation. During installation, always install the inlet fitting on the correct side according to the actual PTO rotation direction. When the PTO turns counter-clockwise, the pump must turn clockwise; when the PTO turns clockwise, the pump must turn counter-clockwise.
