Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Initial Start-up Case Filling: Before the very first start-up, you must manually fill the pump casing with clean hydraulic fluid through the highest drain port. Dry starting is strictly prohibited as it will instantly destroy the valve plate and cylinder block surfaces.

• Fluid Cleanliness Control: The lifeblood of piston pumps is clean oil. Maintain system fluid cleanliness to at least ISO 4406 18/16/13 standards. We highly recommend using 10-micron absolute return line filters.

• Case Drain Pressure Monitoring: Ensure the case drain line is routed directly below the fluid level in the reservoir. Continuous case pressure should not exceed 3 bar (43.5 psi), as excessive pressure will cause premature failure of the main shaft lip seal.
