• Control Case Drain Pressure: The main shaft seal is sensitive to pressure spikes. Strictly maintain the internal case drain pressure below 2 bar. Route the case drain line directly to the reservoir independently; never manifold it with high-pressure return lines.

• Maintain Fluid Cleanliness: The micro-clearances of radial piston components require pristine fluid to maintain volumetric efficiency. Use a 10μm absolute filter in the return line and maintain fluid cleanliness to at least ISO 4406 18/16/13 to maximize the motor’s lifespan.
