1. Mounting Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the manifold mounting surface and all ports prior to installation to remove oil residue, chips, and contaminants. Inspect all O-ring seal grooves on the mounting surface for damage.

2. O-Ring Replacement: Replace all O-ring seals on the sandwich mounting surfaces after every disassembly. Use original-equivalent NBR seals for optimal performance.

3. Torque Control: Tighten mounting bolts in a diagonal sequence using a torque wrench in gradual increments. Avoid over-tightening on one side, which may cause valve body distortion or seal failure. Refer to the product installation manual for specific torque values.

4. Flow Adjustment Operation: When adjusting flow, first loosen the lock screw or lock nut. Turn clockwise to decrease flow and counterclockwise to increase flow. After adjustment, securely tighten the lock nut to prevent setting drift from vibration during operation.
