Installation Guidelines
The 4WE6J series can be mounted in any position. Mounting surface flatness must be ≤ 0.05 mm. Use grade 12.9 M5×50 bolts and tighten diagonally in stages to 7 N·m. Note: Bolts and plugs are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
Thoroughly flush all piping circuits before installation. Ensure no welding slag, metal chips, or particulate contaminants remain. Prior to first operation, circulate the system through a 10 μm filter element for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Electrical connections must use a K4 connector conforming to DIN EN 175301-803 to maintain IP65 protection. Control signal cables should be shielded, with the shield grounded at one end.
The solenoid coil can be rotated by 90°. Adjust the coil angle according to the actual wiring direction before tightening.
Routine Maintenance Procedures
