All three series feature pilot-operated two-stage design with high-performance DG4V-3 series solenoid pilot valves. Installation Guidelines
The DG5V series can be mounted in any position. Mounting surface flatness must be ≤ 0.05 mm. Recommended tightening torque for DG5V-7 is 49-59 Nm. The mounting surface conforms to ISO 4401-05/07/08 for direct installation on standard subplates or manifolds.
Thoroughly flush all piping circuits before installation. Ensure no welding slag, metal chips, or particulate contaminants remain. Prior to first operation, circulate the system through a 10 μm filter element for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Pilot Drain Line Management: This valve uses external pilot drain. The pilot drain line must return independently to the reservoir with back pressure not exceeding 210 bar (3000 psi). The pilot drain line must not share a common return with other high-pressure circuits.
Electrical connections must use connectors conforming to ISO 4400 / DIN 43650 to maintain IP65 protection. Control signal cables should be shielded, with the shield grounded at one end.
