Belonging to the DG4V-3 series with size 03 (NG6 / CETOP 3 / ISO 4401-03), this valve features a wet armature solenoid operated, subplate mounting design conforming to ISO 4401-03 mounting standards. The valve is used for directing and stopping flow at any point in a hydraulic system, providing precise directional control of hydraulic actuators.

The DG4V-3 series is available in two performance levels: the high-performance DG4V-3 with flows up to 80 L/min (21 USgpm), and the standard-performance DG4V-3S with flows up to 40 L/min (10.5 USgpm), both rated at 350 bar (5075 psi). Routine Maintenance Procedures

  1. Fluid Cleanliness Management: Maintain system fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 19/17/14 or better. Check fluid particulate contamination every 500 operating hours and replace filter elements and hydraulic fluid when contamination exceeds limits.
