Strong installation adaptability: The valve tail end adopts a free-floating structure. The internal working parts that fit closely can float within the valve body. This not only reduces the sensitivity to installation torque but also prevents internal moving components from being stuck due to installation deviations, minimizing the impact of installation errors on the valve body.

Function and role
The core is used for the direction control of the oil circuit in the hydraulic system, achieving the start, stop and movement direction switching of the hydraulic actuator. For instance, it can control the extension and retraction of the hydraulic cylinder, the forward and reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor, and other actions, thereby ensuring that each actuator of the equipment operates precisely according to the preset program. Meanwhile, its stable sealing performance can reduce hydraulic energy loss, ensure the stability of system pressure, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the hydraulic system.
3. Principle
The essence relies on the coordination of electromagnetic signals and mechanical structures to achieve the reversing of the oil circuit. When powered on, the coil generates a magnetic field that drives the internal actuating components to act, causing the cone valve core to move and change the connection path of the oil circuit, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow into different oil circuit channels and pushing the actuating elements to perform corresponding actions. When power is cut off, the valve core returns to its initial position under the action of the reset structure, and the oil circuit regains its initial connected state. In case of circuit faults, some configurations can be manually operated to assist in switching the valve core position, ensuring the temporary controllability of the oil circuit.
4. Operation precautions
When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the valve body is clean and free of impurities. The hydraulic oil should be filtered in advance to prevent impurities from entering the gap between the valve core and the valve sleeve, which may cause the valve core to get stuck or worn, affecting the reversing accuracy.
The coil voltage of the corresponding specification should be matched to avoid burning out the coil due to excessively high voltage or causing slow commutation response due to excessively low voltage. Before starting up after a long period of idleness, it is necessary to check the insulation of the coil and the stability of the wiring.
Avoid operating at excessive flow or pressure, as this will accelerate the wear of the cone valve core, increase leakage, and in severe cases, may damage the sealing structure inside the valve body and shorten its service life.
Regularly check the condition of the sealing ring. If it is in a damp, dusty or corrosive environment, shorten the inspection cycle. Replace it in time if aging or damage is found to prevent medium leakage.
