  2. Mounting Surface Preparation – Thoroughly clean the valve base and manifold mounting surface before installation. Tighten mounting bolts in a cross pattern using a torque wrench; recommended torque is 5–7 N·m (refer to ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 for details).

  3. T-Port Back Pressure Limitation – Maximum allowable T-port back pressure is 21 MPa. Exceeding this limit may impair shifting performance. Consider a dedicated return line for high-back-pressure systems.

  4. Voltage Verification – D2 type requires DC24V (allowable range: 21.6–26.4V); C2 type requires AC220V with built-in rectifier (allowable range: 180–220V). Confirm supply voltage is within specified range—over-voltage will burn out the coil, while under-voltage will cause unreliable shifting.

  5. H5 Model Special Note – For SS-G01-H5-R-C2-30, the solenoid is mounted on the opposite side (SOL a side) from the illustration. Pay special attention to orientation markings during installation.
