Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Fluid Cleanliness Control
Recommended system filtration ≤ 25μm, with fluid cleanliness maintained to NAS 1638 Class 12 or better. Contaminated hydraulic fluid is a primary cause of valve failure — regularly monitor fluid cleanliness.
2. Coil Voltage Verification
Always confirm coil voltage matches system power supply before installation. The DSG-01 D24 coil operating voltage range is 21.6 ~ 26.4 V. Operation outside this range may result in insufficient solenoid force or coil burnout.
