Expert Maintenance Tips:

Mandatory Case Priming & Air Venting: Due to the unique bent-axis architecture, the piston cylinder barrel and the shaft bearings occupy different chambers. Prior to the initial startup, the casing must be fully flooded with clean hydraulic oil through the highest drain port to prevent immediate scoring of the tapered pistons.
Constant Power Control Valve Calibration: The A7V28LV power curve is preset at the factory. If on-site power fine-tuning is required to match your motor, monitor the P-Q trail with a precise pressure gauge and gently adjust the internal socket screw. Do not turn excessively; no more than a 1/4 turn per adjustment.
Enforce Low Case Drain Backpressure: The case drain line must be plumbed independently back to the reservoir (bypassing the system return filter). Ensure that the casing internal backpressure does not exceed 0.1 MPa (1 bar) during steady operation to protect the Viton shaft oil seal from popping out.
