Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Case Fill Before Start-up
Prior to first start-up, fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic fluid through the case drain port to ensure pre-lubrication of bearings and rotating components. Never start the pump dry.
2. Fluid Cleanliness Management
Maintain system fluid cleanliness at or above the recommended ISO 18/16/13 level. Use return-line filters with minimum 10μm absolute rating (β₁₀≥100) and conduct regular fluid contamination analysis (recommended every 500 hours).
3. First Start-up & Pressure Settings
During initial start-up, temporarily reduce compensator and relief valve pressure settings. Gradually increase to operating pressure (230 bar) only after the pump runs smoothly and the system is fully purged of air. Never apply load before complete air bleeding.
