• Charge Pressure Monitoring: The A2V series requires specific charge pressure levels. Always monitor the charge port pressure; never start the unit with insufficient charge pressure, as this can cause instantaneous slipper disengagement and catastrophic damage.

• Fluid Cleanliness Standards: Given the precision clearances, fluid must be maintained at ISO 4406 18/16/13. Never use contaminated oil; a 10μm or finer pressure-line filter is mandatory for longevity.

• Case Drain Integrity: The case drain must be routed directly to the reservoir via a large-diameter line, and must terminate below the oil level. Never chain the drain line with other return lines to avoid backpressure, which will cause seal failure.
