The A2FO5/61L, A2FO5/61R and A2F5/60R (P/N R909404452, R902004128 etc.) belong to the Bosch Rexroth A2FO / A2F series of the smallest fixed displacement axial piston pumps in bent-axis design. Designed for open-circuit hydrostatic drives, flow is proportional to drive speed and displacement. These pumps offer extremely compact construction and high efficiency. Fully interchangeable with genuine Rexroth units, they enable direct drop-in replacement without modification to mounting interfaces or piping. 1. Ensure proper drive-shaft alignment during installation; use a flexible coupling and avoid excessive radial/axial loads. Verify correct rotation and suction/pressure port connections.
2. Use anti-wear hydraulic oil meeting ISO cleanliness and viscosity requirements; system filtration should be at least 10 μm. Thoroughly bleed air before initial start-up.
3. Regularly monitor inlet pressure (min. approx. 0.8 bar absolute) and case pressure to prevent cavitation or over-pressure.
