The HMV210-02, HMV135D-02, HMV165-02 and HMV186-02 belong to the Linde HMV-02 series of high-pressure variable displacement axial piston motors (sizes covering HMV55 / 75 / 105 / 135 / 165 / 210 / 280). Featuring a swash-plate design for open and closed circuit systems, displacement is steplessly adjustable down to near zero, offering excellent low-speed stability, high starting torque and a wide conversion range. Fully interchangeable with genuine Linde units, they enable direct drop-in replacement without modification to mounting interfaces or piping. Every unit undergoes 100% simulated operating-condition testing to ensure high power density and long service life under high pressure.

Expert Maintenance Tips:

1. Ensure proper SAE flange alignment during installation. Tighten shaft-end fasteners to specified torque and verify correct rotation and port connections.
2. Use anti-wear hydraulic oil meeting required cleanliness levels; system filtration should be at least 10 μm. Thoroughly bleed air before initial start-up.
3. Regularly check case pressure (max. 2.5 bar) and oil temperature to prevent over-pressure. Monitor control signals and setpoints.
4. During service, inspect pistons, slippers and valve plate for wear; replace complete rotating groups when necessary. Store long-term units in a dry environment and rotate the shaft periodically.
