Expert Maintenance Tips

Verify exact flange, shaft and port configuration match the original machine (SAE B 4-bolt + 1-1/4″ keyed shaft etc.) before installation. Use clean hydraulic fluid with adequate filtration (ISO 18/13 recommended). Fully bleed the system prior to first operation to avoid dry running. Periodically inspect shaft seals, case-drain port and port seals. Maintain oil temperature within recommended range and limit intermittent high-pressure operation to no more than 10% of total running time. For long-term storage, protect against corrosion and seal all ports.
