Expert Maintenance Tips

1. Installation Alignment: The coaxiality between pump shaft and prime mover shaft must be controlled within 0.05mm, with angular deviation no more than 0.5°, to prevent premature wear of bearings and seals caused by excessive radial force.
2. Initial Start-Up: Fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic oil through the filler port after installation, and bleed air from the pump cavity. Start with jog operation to confirm correct rotation before gradual pressure increase.
