The 24EI1-H6B-T series solenoid directional control valve (including 24BI1-H10B-T, 24EI1, 24EI2, 24EI3, and 24BI3 variants) is a subplate-mounted solenoid directional control valve manufactured to international hydraulic standards, covering both size 6 (NG6 / CETOP 3) and size 10 (NG10 / CETOP 5) configurations. The mounting surface conforms to ISO 4401, used for directing and stopping flow at any point in a hydraulic system, providing precise directional control of hydraulic actuators.

This product belongs to the joint design series solenoid directional valve. Mounting dimensions follow the Yuken DSG series standard, allowing direct interchangeability with Yuken valves without manifold modification. Installation Guidelines

  1. The 24EI1-H6B-T series can be mounted in any position. Mounting surface flatness must be ≤ 0.05 mm. Tighten mounting bolts diagonally in stages to the recommended torque value.

  2. Thoroughly flush all piping circuits before installation. Ensure no welding slag, metal chips, or particulate contaminants remain. Prior to first operation, circulate the system through a 10 μm filter element for a minimum of 30 minutes. Fluid filtration requirement is ≤ 30 μm.

  3. The tank port (T) must be connected to the return line. Permissible back pressure must not exceed 6.3 MPa. Size 10 valves have three T ports; either one may be used.

Routine Maintenance Procedures

  1. Fluid Cleanliness Management: Maintain system fluid cleanliness at NAS 1638 Class 10 or better. Check fluid particulate contamination every 500 operating hours and replace filter elements and hydraulic fluid when contamination exceeds limits.

  2. Solenoid Electrical Inspection: Periodically inspect electrical connectors for seal integrity and terminal tightness. Measure coil resistance and replace the coil if deviation exceeds ± 10%. Solenoid power consumption reference: Size 6 DC 40W, Size 10 DC 42W.

  3. Shifting Performance Verification: Periodically check each position for smooth shifting and absence of binding. If shifting response becomes sluggish or internal leakage increases, inspect spool wear and fluid contamination levels.

  4. Seal Replacement: Under normal operating conditions, replace valve seals every 3,000-5,000 operating hours. For water-containing fluid applications, reduce the replacement interval.

  5. Back Pressure Management: Tank port back pressure must not exceed 6.3 MPa. If system return back pressure is high, inspect the return line for blockage or undersized piping.
