Expert Maintenance Tips

1. Installation Alignment Requirement: Connect pump shaft and prime mover shaft with flexible coupling. Control coaxiality error within 0.05mm and angular deviation within 1°. Direct belt drive is prohibited to avoid shaft seal leakage and premature bearing failure caused by radial force.
2. Hydraulic Fluid Quality Control: ISO VG32 or VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended. Continuous operating oil temperature shall be kept at 15–60℃, and fluid viscosity maintained at 20–50 cSt. Fluid cleanliness shall be maintained at NAS Class 12 to prevent accelerated pump cartridge wear from contaminants.
3. Suction Line Specification: Install a 100μm (150-mesh) suction filter on the suction side. Suction port pressure shall be maintained between -0.03MPa and 0.03MPa. The suction pipe outlet shall be immersed at least 50mm below the oil level and no less than 50mm from the tank bottom to avoid air ingestion and impurity intake.
