Maintain proper shaft alignment between the pump and motor; the shaft end cannot absorb additional radial or axial loads. Keep inlet pressure between 0.8–2.5 bar absolute; leakage port pressure must not exceed 2 bar. Use recommended mineral oil and maintain cleanliness (ISO 4406 20/18/15). Periodically inspect the controller and vane components for wear. Fully purge air before initial start-up and avoid dry running. Do not exceed rated pressure or speed limits, and control oil temperature within -10 to +70°C to maximize seal and bearing life.
