The CBKP Series are high-pressure external gear pumps manufactured by leading Chinese hydraulic companies including Hefei Changyuan Hydraulic (HCHC) . The series features high-strength aluminum alloy housings (with cast iron options for certain models) and incorporates advanced technologies including floating side plates, axial clearance automatic compensation, radial balance, and DU self-lubrication. These pumps deliver high volumetric efficiency, high pressure, low noise, strong vibration resistance, and long service life.

Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Installation Precautions
The CBKP Series are uni-directional rotation pumps—verify that the system’s required rotation direction matches the pump’s identification marking before installation. CBKP63/63/40-BF*L features left-hand rotation.
Ensure coaxial alignment between the pump and drive shaft to avoid radial forces.
Tighten mounting bolts evenly in a diagonal sequence.
Suction lines should be short and straight to ensure adequate suction. Suction vacuum should not exceed -0.03 MPa to prevent cavitation.
2. Fluid Management
Use anti-wear hydraulic oils conforming to ISO/DIN standards, viscosity range 10-100 cSt.
Install suction and pressure filters with filtration accuracy no less than 25 μm.
Operating temperature should be maintained within -20℃ to 80℃. Prolonged operation at excessive temperatures will accelerate seal aging and internal wear.
