The DG4V-5-6CJ-M-U-H6-20 is a DG4V-5 series size 05 (NG10) pilot-operated solenoid directional valve with spool type 6CJ (P blocked, A & B to tank in center), equipped with 24 VDC solenoid, maximum flow of 120 L/min (32 USgpm), P/A/B port pressure rating of 315 bar (4500 psi), and T port rating of 160 bar.

Installation Guidelines

  1. The DG4V-3/DG4V-5 series can be mounted in any position. Mounting surface flatness must be ≤ 0.05 mm. DG4V-3 uses M5×45mm bolts; DG4V-5 uses M6×55mm bolts. Tighten diagonally in stages to the specified torque value.

  2. Thoroughly flush all piping circuits before installation. Ensure no welding slag, metal chips, or particulate contaminants remain. Prior to first operation, circulate the system through a 10 μm filter element for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  3. Electrical connections must use connectors conforming to ISO 4400 / DIN 43650 to maintain IP65 protection. Control signal cables should be shielded, with the shield grounded at one end.

Routine Maintenance Procedures
