Dbep proportional relief valve is a proportional electromagnet direct control valve, which converts the input electrical signal into pressure output signal to limit the system pressure. The proportional electromagnet is a controllable wet DC electromagnet, which converts the current value into mechanical force in proportion. The increase of current value will lead to the corresponding increase of electromagnetic output force. During the whole control stroke, the set electromagnetic force remains stable.
The proportional relief valve is mainly composed of one (type A, b) or two (type C) proportional electromagnets (1, 2), valve body (3), valve core (4) and one (type A, b) or two (type C) poppet valves (5, 6). The force of proportional electromagnet (1 or 2) acts on cone (5). The pressure in port a acts on poppet valve (5) through the semicircular hole in valve core (4), and the driving force is proportional to the electromagnetic force.
If the driving force is greater than the electromagnetic force. The poppet valve (5) moves to the left, and the oil circuit from port a to port t is connected. The pilot oil flows until there is a balance between the driving force and the electromagnetic force
The proportional relief valve can be steplessly adjusted by the proportional electromagnet (1). When the proportional relief valve is in the static position, for example, when the proportional electromagnet is powered off, the oil ports a, B and P are connected with each other
The T port is connected and the oil is returned to the tank without damping. The flow from port p to port a or port B is limited by a throttle (7) in the spool
