Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Installation Guidelines
EDG-01V is subplate mounting. Mounting surface must conform to CETOP 03 (NG6) standard.
Dedicated subplate EDGM-01-10 must be used.
Valve body should be installed horizontally with solenoid facing upward.
2. Hydraulic Circuit Connections
P port → Connect to the remote control port of the main relief valve (e.g., EBG series)
T port → Directly return to tank
T return line resistance should be minimized—do not install throttle valves or check valves to prevent back pressure causing unstable pressure regulation or pressure drift.
3. Electrical Requirements
A proportional power amplifier is mandatory! PLC direct voltage output cannot drive the solenoid—the current must be amplified by a proportional amplifier.
