The EIPS2-005, EIPS2-006, EIPS2-008, EIPS2-011, EIPS2-013, EIPS2-019 and EIPS2-025 belong to the Eckerle EIPS2 series of high-pressure internal gear pumps, specifically engineered for mobile hydraulics and light industrial applications. Featuring axial and radial gap compensation with segmental radial compensation, these pumps deliver high volumetric efficiency, extremely low noise and pressure pulsation (approx. 2%). Manufactured to exact Eckerle original specifications, they offer 100% drop-in interchangeability in mounting flanges, shafts and ports for direct replacement without system modification. Every unit undergoes 100% simulated duty-cycle testing to ensure reliable long service life in forklifts and other demanding hydraulic systems.

Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure proper flange and shaft alignment during installation; use suitable couplings to avoid additional loads. Maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 20/18/15 and operate within the recommended viscosity range. Fully bleed the system and confirm adequate inlet pressure (minimum 0.8 bar absolute, 0.6 bar at start) before initial operation. Periodically inspect shaft seals and compensation elements; avoid dry running or continuous operation at extreme pressure/speed. Build speed and pressure gradually during cold starts. When combining multiple pumps, verify rotation and port compatibility. Avoid prolonged operation at limit values to maximize service life.
