The HDT75D, HDT75S, HDT84D, HDT84S, HDT96S, HDT108D and HDT108S-R (including HDT ISO 108 S(L) 602-001-11089) are precision-engineered interchangeable fixed-displacement bent-axis piston pumps fully compatible with the OMFB HDT Series. Designed with fixed displacement in bent-axis configuration, flow is proportional to drive speed. The compact body shape facilitates installation in restricted spaces, particularly with coaxial PTOs and large propeller shafts. They deliver 100% form-fit-function interchangeability with original OMFB models. Every pump undergoes rigorous 100% simulated operating-condition testing to guarantee volumetric efficiency, mechanical efficiency and reliability under continuous rated conditions.

Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure precise shaft alignment and adequate suction-line conditions during installation (pump at least 100 mm below minimum tank level) to prevent cavitation. Bleed air and confirm case drain arrangement before start-up. Use specified mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic oil and maintain recommended cleanliness levels with regular filter changes. Do not exceed peak pressure time limit (6 seconds). Periodically inspect the port plate, pistons and bearings; replace serviceable wear components as needed to restore performance. Avoid prolonged over-pressure or overspeed operation.
