Constructed with a high-strength aluminum alloy body, alloy steel gears, special alloy side plates and precision bushings, these units deliver high volumetric efficiency and low noise. Expert Maintenance Tips

• Ensure precise shaft alignment using a flexible coupling; avoid applying radial or axial loads directly to the woodruff-key shaft end.
• Keep suction line diameter at least equal to the pump inlet, minimize length and fittings, and maintain inlet pressure within –0.02 to 0.1 MPa to prevent cavitation.
• On first start-up, set the system relief valve to the lowest setting, run at low speed under no load for several minutes to purge air, then gradually raise pressure to operating level.
• Use ISO VG32 hydraulic oil at 40 °C and maintain high fluid cleanliness; replace filters regularly.
• Periodically check shaft-seal condition and mounting-bolt torque (standard M8 bolts approx. 24.5–27.5 N·m); keep the seal area clean to extend service life.
