1. Fluid Cleanliness Management

Piston pumps are extremely sensitive to fluid cleanliness. Use hydraulic fluid meeting NAS Class 7 or higher cleanliness standards. Install high-precision filters on the pump suction line to prevent contaminants from entering and causing abnormal wear to pistons and cylinder bores.

2. First Start-up and Air Bleeding
