Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Model Confirmation
ALP2A-D-10-FG and ALP2A-D-12-FG have different displacements (10 cc/rev vs 12 cc/rev). Before installation, confirm the correct displacement based on system flow requirements. The ALP2A series also includes ALP2A-D-6 (4.5 cc/rev), ALP2A-D-9 (6.4 cc/rev), ALP2A-D-13 (9.6 cc/rev), and other displacement options.
2. Rotation Direction Confirmation
The standard version features clockwise rotation (viewed from the shaft end) only. Before installation, always verify that the PTO rotation direction of the host machine matches the pump’s rotation direction—incorrect rotation will result in pump failure to prime and may cause severe damage to gears and bearings within a short period. For counter-clockwise rotation, order the reversible pump (“ROTAZIONE R”) version.
