Product Overview

The CKEB-XBN, CKEB-XDN, CKEB-XEN and CKEB-XCN are Sun Hydraulics Series 2 pilot-to-open check valves with standard pilot, designed for cavity T-2A. These valves allow free flow from the valve port (port 2) to the load port (port 1) and block reverse flow until pilot pressure proportional to the load pressure is applied at port 3. Fully interchangeable with original Sun CKEB cartridges, every unit undergoes 100% simulated operating-condition testing to guarantee extremely low leakage, reliable load holding and long service life. Ideal for hose-break protection, preventing load drift and positively locking pressurized loads in hydraulic circuits.

Expert Maintenance Tips

Install in a correct T-2A cavity and tighten to the specified torque of 61–68 Nm to avoid distortion. Maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 18/15 or better to protect the steel seat from contamination-induced leakage. Ensure pilot lines are fully purged of air (standard non-sealed pilot aids air removal). If load drift occurs, inspect for seat damage from contamination and replace the cartridge if necessary. For long-term storage keep the valve filled with oil and cycle periodically. Always use original-specification seal kits when servicing to maintain sealing integrity.
