Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure the ISO 7368 cavity is clean and flat; tighten cover bolts to the specified torque. Pilot pressure must exceed 25% of system pressure and Y-port return pressure must not exceed 10 bar. Maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 18/16/13 with β10 ≥ 75 filtration. Regularly check solenoid coil resistance and amplifier settings to avoid over-current or signal errors. If flow deviation occurs, first inspect pilot pressure and fluid contamination. For long-term storage keep the valve filled with oil and cycle periodically.
