1. Sensor Installation Position

• Rigid Sensor: Must be fully inserted into the thermowell, ensuring the full sensor length (50 mm) makes good contact with the well. Minimum sensor pocket length is 65–75 mm (model dependent). Fill the well with thermal conductive compound (e.g., thermal grease) to improve heat transfer efficiency and response speed.

• Remote Bulb: The bulb must be fully inserted into the thermowell. The capillary tube (2 m) should be routed without sharp bends or acute-angle kinks—minimum bending radius should be no less than 50 mm.
