Vii. Precautions for Use

Installation and commissioning

When installing, it is essential to ensure that the coaxiality error between the pump shaft and the motor shaft is no more than 0.05mm. Elastic couplings should be used for connection. Rigid connection or direct radial force (≥ 120N) acting on the pump shaft is strictly prohibited to prevent abnormal wear caused by uneven force on the swash plate

The oil suction pipeline should follow the principle of “short, straight and thick” : length ≤1.5 meters, inner diameter ≥30 mm, and the distance from the oil suction port to the bottom of the oil tank ≥150 mm. The pipeline connection is fastened with double bolts, and the sealing gasket is made of high-pressure resistant fluororubber to ensure no air leakage. A vacuum gauge (≤0.015 MPa) needs to be installed on the oil suction side to monitor the vacuum degree.

Before the first start-up, the pump chamber should be filled with clean hydraulic oil (about 400 mL), and the plunger should be manually turned 5-6 times to ensure smooth extension and retraction of the plunger. When starting up, first open the oil suction valve and run it no-load at low pressure (50 bar) and low speed (1000 rpm) for 30 minutes. Gradually increase the pressure and speed to the rated parameters. The interval between each pressure increase should be no less than 5 minutes. At the same time, calibrate the set value of the pressure compensation valve

When installed vertically, it is necessary to ensure that the oil outlet of the shell is unobstructed to prevent the accumulation of lubricating oil. A heat dissipation space of ≥ 250mm should be reserved around the pump body. When the ambient temperature exceeds 45℃, a forced cooling device should be installed to prevent the oil temperature from being too high and accelerating the aging of the sealing parts

2. Operation and Maintenance

During operation, key parameters need to be monitored in real time: pump body temperature (normal ≤85℃, maximum ≤95℃), outlet pressure (fluctuation ≤2 bar), and operating noise (≤78 dB). If the temperature rises sharply by more than 10℃, the pressure fluctuates abnormally or the noise changes suddenly, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. The focus should be on checking the cleanliness of the oil (once a month), the jamming of the variable mechanism or the leakage of the seal

– Regular maintenance cycle: Replace the hydraulic oil and the three-stage filters (suction oil, high pressure, and return oil) every 2,000 hours. Disassemble and inspect every 10,000 hours. Replace the plunger when the diameter wear is ≥ 0.03mm and the scratch depth on the swash plate surface is ≥ 0.02mm. At the same time, replace the seal and the return spring. Calibrate the pressure setting values of the pressure compensation valve and the relief valve every 1500 hours

It is strictly prohibited to run the engine without oil (idling for more than 3 seconds may cause the plunger and cylinder block to be scratched). Continuous operation at the maximum pressure (320 bar) is prohibited (for no more than 5 seconds at a time). Before the system is shut down, it needs to be reduced to low pressure (50 bar) and run unloaded for 5 minutes. After the oil temperature is ≤60℃, the oil source should be cut off

3. Storage and Protection

When stored for a long time, all oil ports should be sealed with special plugs. Special anti-rust oil (about 500 mL) should be injected into the pump cavity, and lithium-based grease should be applied to the keyway of the output shaft. Store in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse with a temperature ranging from 0 to 45℃ and a humidity of no more than 60%. Avoid direct sunlight, heavy object compression and oil contamination. Manually turn the wheel once every month to maintain the flexibility of the moving parts

Before being put into use after being idle for more than 12 months, the pump cavity and pipelines must be thoroughly cleaned, all seals and hydraulic oil replaced, and the mating surface between the distribution plate and the cylinder body reground. Conduct a low-speed (1000 rpm) no-load test run for 20 minutes to detect the variable response speed and leakage volume (≤0.8 mL/min is normal). Only after confirming that there are no abnormalities can the system be connected
