Expert Maintenance Tips

• Ensure precise shaft alignment with a flexible coupling; never apply radial or axial loads directly to the pump shaft.
• Keep suction line diameter at least equal to the inlet port, minimize length and fittings, and maintain inlet pressure between 0.7–3 bar absolute to prevent cavitation.
• On initial start-up, set the relief valve to the lowest setting, run at low speed under no load for 5–10 minutes to purge air, then gradually increase pressure.
• Use mineral-based hydraulic oil with viscosity 12–100 cSt at operating temperature; maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 19/17/14 or better and replace filters regularly.
