It offers true drop-in interchangeability with original Rexroth units—mounting flanges and ports comply with ISO 3019-2 and VDMA standards—so no piping modifications are required. Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure suction lines are short and adequately sized; maintain absolute inlet pressure between 0.8–2.5 bar to prevent cavitation. Route the case drain independently to the reservoir with pressure not exceeding 2 bar. Fully bleed the system before first start-up and maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 19/16/13. Use HLP mineral oil with viscosity 16–160 mm²/s and oil temperature –10 to +70 °C. Regularly inspect filters and fluid condition. Lock adjustment screws after setting zero-stroke pressure and flow. For long-term storage, fill with clean oil and seal all ports.
