The working principle:

It belongs to the swash plate type variable axial piston pump. The core is to achieve the suction, discharge, and pressurization of oil based on the change of sealed volume. The specific process is as follows: The transmission shaft drives the cylinder block to rotate, and the fixed swash plate forces the 9 plungers inside the cylinder block to performa  reciprocating motion. When the plunger extends outward, the volume of the working chamber inside the pump expands, creating a negative pressure, and the hydraulic oil is sucked in through the oil inlet. When the plunger retract inward, the volume of the working chamber shrinks, and the oil is squeezed to generate high pressure. At the same time, the stroke of the plunger’s reciprocating motion is changed by adjusting the inclination Angle of the swash plate, thereby altering the displacement of the pump. The oil distribution plate precisely controls the suction and discharge path of the oil, preventing backflow and continuously supplying high-pressure oil to the hydraulic system.

Operating environment
Oil conditions: L-HM series high-pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil must be used. The kinematic viscosity of the oil should be controlled at 27-43 mm²/S. It is strictly prohibited to mix in metal debris, water and other impurities.
Temperature range: The ideal working oil temperature is 30℃ – 60℃, with a maximum not exceeding 80℃. The ambient temperature should be controlled between -10 ℃ and 50℃ to prevent extreme temperatures from causing deformation of the shell or abnormal viscosity of the oil.
Installation environment: It should be installed in a place free of dust and corrosive gases. The inlet pressure should be maintained at 0-0.34bar to prevent excessive inlet vacuum from causing cavitation damage to the pump body.
This model is suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems of heavy industrial equipment. Common scenarios include injection molding machines, small stamping machines and other machine tools, providing power for the opening and closing of molds and stamping actions.
