Expert Maintenance Tips

1. Installation alignment requirement: Connect the pump shaft to the prime mover with a flexible coupling, and ensure coaxiality tolerance ≤ 0.1mm. Direct belt or gear drive is prohibited to avoid bearing and shaft damage from radial loads.
2. Air venting and oil filling before first startup: Before initial startup, fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic oil through the drain port, and bleed air from the suction line to prevent dry running damage to vanes and valve plate surfaces.
