The SDHE/DHE/DHI series solenoid directional valve (including models DHI-0714 23, DHE-0714 24DC, and SDHE-0631/2 23) is manufactured to original ATOS technical standards, covering three product families: DHI, DHE, and SDHE, all belonging to size 06 (NG6 / CETOP 3 / ISO 4401-03 / NFPA D03) direct-acting solenoid directional control valves. Featuring a wet armature solenoid directly driving the spool in a spool valve design, with a mounting surface conforming to ISO 4401, the series is used for directing and stopping flow at any point in a hydraulic system, providing precise directional control of hydraulic actuators.
The DHI-0714 23 features spool type 71 (double solenoid, 3-position, spring centered) equipped with 24 VDC wet-pin DC solenoids and manual override, with maximum flow of 60 L/min (15.85 GPM) and maximum operating pressure of 350 bar (5075 psi) on ports P/A/B, with 120 bar (1740 psi) on port T. The series can be mounted in any position, except no-spring types (70/77) for impulse operation which must be installed horizontally. Mounting surface roughness must be Ra 0.4 with flatness 0.01/100 (ISO 1101). Tighten mounting bolts diagonally in stages to the specified torque value.
