Founded in 1875, SHIMADZU is a globally renowned manufacturer of precision instruments and hydraulic components. Its SGP Series gear pumps are recognized for high pressure, compact aluminum construction, and excellent durability.

The SGP Series features external gear pump construction with a three-piece split housing design. The bushings are equipped with DU bearings, and the side plates are made of bimetal material; the front and rear covers are aluminum die-cast, while the center housing is cast iron. The pump features axial clearance automatic compensation and radial hydraulic balance, having passed one million impact fatigue tests at 24.5 MPa.
