The SVPF Series, manufactured by YUKEN, is a family of quiet, compact variable displacement vane pumps specifically developed for low-pressure applications. 1. Installation Precautions

• Before installation, verify that the pump’s rotation direction matches system requirements—SVPF Series standard configuration is clockwise rotation (viewed from the shaft end).

• Suction piping should be as short as possible, minimizing unnecessary restrictions such as elbows, to ensure the pump does not exceed its allowable suction vacuum rating.

• The pump housing must not bear piping loads; suction and discharge lines must have independent supports.
