Featuring a wet-type solenoid design—where the movable iron core operates in hydraulic fluid for lubrication and cushioning—this series delivers exceptional wear resistance and extended service life. The valve body features a 6mm port size (G02规格) and complies with industry-standard mounting interfaces.
The G02 Series is equipped with high-force wet-type solenoids and features an optimized oil passage design, capable of operating under high pressure (315 kgf/cm² / 31.5 MPa) and high flow (63 L/min) conditions. Coils are Class H insulated with insulation resistance exceeding 100MΩ and temperature resistance up to 180°C.

Installation Guidelines:
Fluid Cleanliness Control – Maintain system fluid cleanliness at NAS 1638 Class 12 or better to protect spool-to-body clearances and prevent sticking failures. Media containing particulate contaminants must be filtered prior to use.
Mounting Surface Preparation – Thoroughly clean the valve base and manifold mounting surface before installation. Tighten the 4 M5×45L mounting bolts in a cross pattern using a torque wrench; recommended torque is 70–80 kgf·cm.
T-Port Back Pressure Limitation – Maximum allowable T-port back pressure is 16 MPa (160 kgf/cm²). Exceeding this limit may impair shifting performance. Consider a dedicated return line for high-back-pressure systems.
Voltage Verification – D24 type requires DC24V with allowable range of ±10% (21.6–26.4V); A110 type requires AC110V with allowable range of -15% to +10%. Confirm supply voltage is within specified range—over-voltage will burn out the coil, while under-voltage will cause unreliable shifting.
