The TB0100FS100AAAA, TB0160FS100AAAA, TB0295AP260AAAA and TB0390AP100AAAA are precision drop-in interchangeable light-duty high-torque low-speed orbital hydraulic motors for the Parker TB Series Torqmotor™. Featuring roller-vane technology, high-pressure shaft seals and continuous spline cooling, they deliver superior side-load capacity (up to 1100 lb) and exceptionally smooth low-speed operation. Every unit undergoes 100% simulated operating-condition testing to guarantee identical mounting dimensions, performance curves and control characteristics to genuine Parker TB motors—ready for direct replacement in light-to-medium duty mobile and industrial hydraulic drive systems.

Expert Maintenance Tips

Verify exact flange and shaft configuration match the original machine (FS = 4-bolt + 7/8-14 SAE ports etc.) before installation. Use clean hydraulic fluid with adequate filtration (β10 ≥ 75 recommended). Fully bleed the system prior to first operation to avoid dry running. Periodically inspect shaft and port seals; strictly observe the maximum side-load limit (4900 N). Maintain oil temperature within recommended range and limit intermittent high-pressure operation to no more than 10% of total running time. For long-term storage, protect against corrosion and seal all ports.
